How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To return or exchange a product, please contact us via email or WhatsApp at +923049612878. Include your order number, product name, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. Our customer care team will get back to you promptly.
Shipping Policy
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Domestic delivery within 3–5 business days.
- Free shipping available across Pakistan.
Eligibility for Returns
- Merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days if it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be reported to customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Accepted reasons for returns: wrong or damaged product.
- Change of mind returns are not accepted.
- Original proof of purchase is required (invoice emailed at purchase).
Return Procedure

- Provide pictures of the product as evidence.
- Our team will review your request and contact you if it is eligible for return.
- If approved, reship the item using a traceable courier service agreed upon by our team.
- After assessment, we may offer an exchange or store credit of equal or lesser value (valid for a limited period).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- If your return claim is rejected, you will be notified within 3 business days.
Important Notes
- Washed, dried, or stained products are not eligible for return.
